What this is

relax.host is software that handles short-term-rental operations — guest messaging, pricing, access codes and related tasks — with an approval step so the property owner keeps control of anything consequential. It is currently in private beta.

The beta

Access is by application and is granted at our discretion.
The beta is free for its whole duration. There is no charge and no payment details are collected.
Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be interrupted. There is no uptime commitment or service level agreement during the beta.
Either side may end participation at any time, for any reason.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your own compliance with the rules of the booking platforms you use, with local short-term-rental regulation, and with tax and registration obligations in your market. relax.host assists with operations; it does not assume those obligations for you.

Independence

relax.host is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any booking platform or property-management system. Any product or company names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

No warranty

Beta software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
