relax.host is software that runs the daily operations of a short-term rental: answering guests, scheduling turnovers, issuing door codes, setting prices and handling the paperwork around each stay. A Slovak company builds and operates it, and runs its own rental portfolio on it.
Who we are
Flats Bratislava s. r. o. is a limited liability company registered in Slovakia. It was incorporated on 11 March 2026 and is entered in the Commercial Register of the City Court Bratislava III (section Sro, insert no. 197380/B). Our registered scope of business includes computer services and data processing, and the rental and management of property.
We are a small team. We run short-term rentals ourselves, and that is where this software came from. We built it to run our own flats before we offered it to anyone else.
How the business works
- You start with a demo. Book a 30-minute demo call at relax.host/book. We show you how relax.host runs real rentals and answer your questions. If it fits, we set it up for your rentals together on a second call.
- The first two months are free, with every feature. We ask for no card to start.
- After that you pay a monthly plan. Prices are on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time.
- We onboard each host personally. A person reads every message and sets up every account.
- Two ways to run it. relax.host works on top of the property management system or channel manager you already use. If you do not have one, or you juggle several tools that do not talk to each other, we supply and set one up for you.
What we are not
relax.host is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to any booking platform or property management system. Where this site mentions booking platforms, it does so in general terms, to describe what our software works with. Any product or company names are trademarks of their owners.
We will never ask you for your booking-platform passwords or for payment card details. No page on this site asks for them.
