Mobile app
The FlatsBratislava mobile app is a phone-first surface for the four operator workflows you reach for during a turnover day: today's tasks, guest replies, smart locks, and the AI Copilot.
It is a complement to the desktop UI, not a replacement. Anything you can do on desktop can still be done on desktop; the mobile app strips the surface down to the four things you actually open ten times a day.
Sections
- Foundation & navigation — how the app shell works: tabs, headers, large-titles, the back chevron.
- Pulse (Today) — the today dashboard with auto-resolves + unanswered threads + booking calendar.
- Inbox — guest threads with AI draft approval.
- Smart Locks — list + per-property detail with Lock Control, Codes, and 2N QR tabs.
- AI Copilot — the conversational assistant on phone.
How to open it
The mobile app is the same web app — it auto-switches to mobile layout when the viewport is ≤ 760 px wide. On a phone:
- Open
https://flatsbratislava.com/in your phone browser. - Log in with Google (see First login).
- The mobile shell takes over: bottom tab bar, large-title headers, no desktop chrome.
You can also install it as a PWA from the browser menu ("Add to Home Screen" on iOS, "Install app" on Android) — same surface, no browser address bar.
Design language
The mobile app uses the same v28 design tokens as desktop: paper background, ink text colors, mustard / teal / plum / rose accents. Headers use Source Serif 4 italic for display accents; body is Inter Tight; numerals are JetBrains Mono.
If something on desktop is rose, the mobile equivalent is also rose. The mobile app does not re-skin the brand.
What's NOT on mobile
By design, the mobile app does not include:
- Task template editor (use desktop).
- Settings → Configuration / Integrations (use desktop).
- Reports (use desktop).
- Admin tools — System Logs, Webhook Logs, Activity Log (use desktop).
- Accounting (use desktop).
These are full-screen editing surfaces that don't fit a phone form factor. The mobile app is the operator's daily-driver surface for handling guests and turnovers in motion.
