Revenue Report
The Revenue Report (/v28/reports/revenue) is the per-property revenue breakdown for the selected date range.
Columns

| Bookings | Count of confirmed reservations in range (by check-in date) |
| Nights | Total nights booked |
| Gross revenue | Sum of reservation.totalPrice |
| Channel fees | Sum of channel commissions |
| Net revenue | Gross − channel fees |
| Cleaning fees | Sum of reservation.cleaningFee |
| Owner share | Configured % × Net |
| Tax | City + VAT, per city tax monthly reporting |
Filters
- Date range (From / To)
- Property (one or many)
- Channel (Airbnb / Booking / direct)
Exporting
Click Export CSV to download the current view. Useful for handing the spreadsheet to an accountant or for monthly close-out.
