The Property List (/properties) is the table of every property in your tenant.

What's on the page

Each row shows:

  • Name — the human-readable label used in tasks, notifications, and the guidebook.
  • Address — pulled from Hospitable on first sync.
  • Channel — which booking platform owns this listing (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct).
  • Status — active / archived. Archived properties are hidden by default.
  • Upcoming reservations — count of bookings in the next 30 days.
  • Quick actions — open editor, view reservations, jump to Nuki settings.

Filtering & searching

  • Search box (top) — matches against name and address.
  • Channel filter — limit to one booking channel.
  • Status filter — show archived properties.

Opening a property

Click any row. You land on the property's Configuration page — see Property Configuration.

Bulk operations

For changes affecting many properties at once (e.g. bumping all base rates by 5%, adding a new amenity to every flat), use the Property Manager at /property-manager — see Property Configuration → Bulk editing.

  • #137 — NULL propertyName data fix; the list now never shows blank names.
