Messages Report
The Messages Report (/v28/reports/messages) shows message volume, AI vs human split, and response-time KPIs across reservations.

What it shows
- Volume — inbound + outbound message counts by day.
- AI vs human — how many outbound replies were AI-drafted (and accepted) vs typed manually.
- Response time — median time from inbound to first response, per property.
- Language breakdown — what languages your guests message in.
Filters
- Date range
- Property
- Channel (WhatsApp / in-app)
- Sender role (guest / host / cleaner / admin)
What it's useful for
- Measuring AI quality — falling AI-accepted rate means the AI's suggestions aren't matching what you'd write; tune your FAQ or LLM prompts.
- Spotting languages you should noTranslate — if 30% of inbound is Bulgarian and your cleaner speaks Bulgarian, add
bgto hernoTranslateLanguages. - Identifying problem properties — properties with consistently long response times often have an FAQ gap.
